1. Identity Before Symptom Relief
Instead of asking, “What do you want to stop feeling?”
We ask, “Who do you become when this is no longer running your life?”
In trance, invite the client to observe themselves six months or one year in the future, not symptom-free, but self-led.
Questions to guide this work:
- How do you carry yourself?
- What decisions come more easily?
- What do you tolerate less?
- What feels non-negotiable now?
Notice we are not chasing happiness.
We are clarifying identity.
Fear becomes manageable when the self feels solid.
